Makes 1 cup
- 2 large garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup Fish Broth
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup macadamia nut oil
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Combine the garlic, egg yolks, broth, mustard, salt, and cayenne in a blender and puree until combined.
- While the machine is running, add the oils in a slow, steady stream until thick and emulsified.
