Have a glass of water.

That’s right. According to some new research, mood is directly linked to dehydration.

In fact, this study found that even mild dehydration caused some major problems. Things like headache, fatigue, low mood, and difficulty focusing. It only took 1 percent lower hydration levels to cause all of that. Which means it probably wouldn’t take more than a glass or two of water to solve the problem.
