After preaching about the health benefits of my very own A-List Diet, I wanted to show you exactly how simple—and delicious—healthy, home-cooked meals can be.
After all, I’m not a five-star chef, but that doesn’t get in the way of me creating beautiful, nutritious meals in my very own kitchen.
The best part? Whether I’m making a one-pot meal, or something a little more, the cooking process is FUN and SIMPLE, no matter what.
In fact, one of my most recent shows turned swordfish, artichoke, spinach, leek, garlic, and mushrooms into a beautiful meal. In another, I demonstrate how to make spaghetti squash and a delicious, southern Italian-type steak.
Some of my other shows include my favorite cocktail, chicken stir fry, dessert crepes, pork tenderloin… the list goes on!
