Just in case you need more incentive to head diabetes off at the pass, there’s some new evidence showing that diabetes increases risk of breast cancer. And not just a little bit…
A group of researchers in Uruguay studied 912 women, between ages 23 and 69. They found that postmenopausal women with diabetes had a 92% higher risk of breast cancer.
If that’s not proof of how important it is to prevent diabetes, I don’t know what is. And the good news is, that’s not the impossible task mainstream medicine makes it out to be.
It’s why I created my New Hamptons Health Miracle. To make it easy for you to get the best nutrition. With delicious, satisfying food that staves off weight gain, diabetes, and other devastating illnesses–like breast cancer.
And it’s also why I insist that my patients get regular exercise. Even if it’s a 15-minute walk after dinner. Every little bit will help keep your weight, your blood sugar, and your cancer risk under control.
