Many things can sap your energy—especially during the dark days of winter.
Things like spotty sleep, poor nutrition, and a lack of exercise surely contribute.
But tell me if this sounds familiar…
You describe your lack of energy to your doctor, but they just dismiss it as a part of aging. (What!?)
That’s a huge mistake—because chronic fatigue is a HUGE red flag when it comes to your health.
In fact, it may even point to premature death.
A signpost of vitality
New research reveals that your “fatigability”—or susceptibility to fatigue—can predict death within a matter of three years.
Researchers assessed energy levels in nearly 3,000 subjects aged 60 or older.
Participants then rated, on a scale of zero to five, how everyday activities—like a 30-minute walk, light housework, or heavy gardening—impacted their “tiredness.”
Ultimately, after accounting for factors like depression, pre-existing illness, age, and gender, the researchers found the following…
Subjects who scored the highest on the fatigability scale were 2.3 times more likely to die within three years than their higher-energy counterparts!
That means steady energy may be a signpost of vitality. And brushing off your fatigue as a sign of aging could be dangerously misleading.
That said, determining the culprit behind your fatigue can be quite complicated…
Don’t overlook these common culprits
When it comes to a lack of energy, the usual recommendations come to mind: Clean up your diet, exercise more, sleep better, and stress less.
And yes, all of those factors surely contribute to your feelings of fatigue.
However, THREE major culprits of chronic fatigue are often overlooked by conventional doctors…
These include thyroid imbalances, leaky gut, and amino acid deficiencies.
And I describe each of these culprits in great detail—as well as steps you can take, starting today, to address each—in the April 2022 issue of my monthly newsletter, Logical Health Alternatives (“WARNING: Chronic fatigue DOUBLES your death risk”).

Heart disease breakthrough being sold at Walmart?
- Back in 1989, Harvard researchers made a strange discovery…Most heart attacks occur between the hours of 6 a.m. and noon.
- For years, researchers have speculated about why mornings are so lethal. They’ve thrown every explanation they can think of at the wall—blood-pressure-raising commutes…heart-thumping workouts…cholesterol-laden eggs…etc., etc. But none of them have stuck.
- Because it turns out the REAL cause of morning heart attacks is far more common than any of those shot-in-the-dark theories. Yet, cardiologists RARELY warn patients about it. In fact, some doctors don’t even check for the simple, easy-to-correct nutrient deficiency lurking behind America’s No. 1 killer.
Why are GLP-1 drugs so effective against many diseases?
- The whole world may be surprised over the long list of health benefits associated with those GLP-1 “wonder drugs.”
- But I’m not.
- Here’s WHY they’re so effective…
