Donuts decay in your stomach

If this isn’t incentive to kick the sugar habit forever, I don’t know what is…

A group of researchers from the University of Illinois recently discovered that, while sugar might melt in your mouth, it actually rots in your stomach.

That means every time you swallow that pastry…that donut…that cupcake…the sugar sits in your stomach and ever-so-slowly decays.

And if you think about it, that’s just how it feels when you eat the stuff.   Like a lump in the bottom of your stomach.  Sure, you get the momentary sugar-and-fat rush.   But then there’s the lump.

The good news is, it doesn’t take long to ditch sugar from your diet for good.  In fact, I’ve developed a super simple program that can help break even the toughest sugar addiction in just three days.
