Learning how to eat–no matter what your weight

I was so excited to get some letters from readers who are normal weight–and even “underweight.” You guys are like the Holy Grail. People kept telling me you were out there. But because I so rarely see people like you, I put you on par with the Loch Ness Monster or Yeti.

But you ARE real. So, let’s get down to business.

The letters I’ve received express concern about my New Hamptons Health Miracle being such a perfect weight loss plan. Obviously, if you’re already at a healthy weight (or underweight) you don’t need to lose any more.

But I’ve got good news!

It is perfectly OK to use my New Hamptons Health Miracle diet as a permanent weight management solution. In fact, that’s what I do–and I’ve maintained my weight perfectly for many years.

A “diet” is simply the way you eat. It doesn’t have to be about weight loss. It is ultimately about weight management for most of us. And for those people who are genetically blessed to be thin, it is about eating foods that decrease inflammation and keep you healthy on the inside.

It’s important to keep in mind that skinny people get heart attacks, Alzheimer’s, cancer and other chronic diseases. Just because some people are naturally thin doesn’t make them healthy eaters. That’s why I created my New Hamptons Health Miracle–to help everyone learn how to eat.

And it does that by emphasizing real food.

That said, there are some real foods that are better than others simply because of how much sugar or starch they contain. That’s why I emphasize low sugar fruits like melons and berries. That’s also why I don’t recommend starchy vegetables like potatoes, peas, or corn.

The bottom line here is that my New Hamptons Health Miracle is the one diet program that works for everyone. Because it allows you total control over what you eat–and gives you total control of your health.
