Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 oz. smoked salmon (lox) chopped
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs. chopped fresh dill
1 Tbs. capers
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, salmon, lemon juice, dill and capers in a small bowl, and mix well. Garnish with fresh dill.
Serve with fresh celery sticks, carrots, cucumber slices or crackers.
