Urgent warning for anyone taking Actos

If you or someone you know is taking the diabetes drug Actos, please stop everything and read this now.

A new study shows that Actos (aka, pioglitazone) significantly increases risk of bladder cancer.

This was a major study involving over 115,000 patients, tracked between 1988 and 2009. All of them using various drugs to control their blood sugar.

Those who had taken Actos at some point had an 83 percent increased risk of bladder cancer. And those who took the drug for over two years had a two-fold increased risk.

Folks, you don’t need me to tell you that those are absolutely shocking statistics. For a drug that millions of people take every single day.

This is one of the primary reasons why I developed my New Hamptons Health Miracle. Not only to make it easy for people to take control of their own health. But so that they could do that without subjecting themselves to an endless roster of prescription drugs. Which are too often accompanied by dangerous side effects–like this one–that come to light years after the drug has been on the market.

And, like I’ve been telling my patients for years, it really can be simple, easy–and, yes, even enjoyable–to get your blood sugar under control. Which will help you avoid not just diabetes drugs like Actos, but also the laundry list of drugs used to treat all the other side effects of diabetes.

You can read all the details of my New Hamptons Health Miracle in my report Diabetes-Free in 6 Weeks that you can get for free when you subscribe to my newsletter. But in the meantime, there are three simple steps you can take, starting today, to get a jumpstart on your success:

  • Stock your fridge with the right foods. Fresh green vegetables, meats, cheeses, and eggs.
  • Clear out your pantry. Toss all the foods that trigger blood sugar spikes. Chips, crackers, pastries, cereals, candy bars, white rice. They’ve all got to go.
  • Get a little exercise. Make time for a walk sometime today–and every day. Fifteen minutes to start. That’s all I ask.

Start with these three easy things and you’ll be well on your way. To losing weight and getting your blood sugar under control. With no life-threatening side effects.
