Lead is not an actual ingredient in Prime Power, however, it does contain ingredients (certain minerals for example) that yield a small amount of lead. And when you combine all of those ingredients together, they yield a measurable level that has been set by the state of California to require a contains lead warning. The California statute is called Proposition 65. Since we sell our products into the state of California, we are required to have that warning printed on the label.
