No homework

Anyone who’s ever tried to lose weight has heard the advice to write down what you eat. If you’ve ever had a job taking inventory, it’s the same concept. Each and every item gets documented.

Some people are firm believers that this approach will help you lose more weight. And one recent study does seem to support that theory.

At least, it seemed to work for the 123 overweight and obese women who volunteered. They lost, on average, 10.7 percent of their weight over the course of a year.

Good for them!

But honestly, folks, it doesn’t have to be that hard. I very, very rarely recommend food journals. They’re cumbersome and tedious. And the fact is, if you’re eating the right foods, you simply don’t need them!

My patients have had tremendous success losing weight without logging every bite they take. And, without cutting the decadent foods we all crave. Or spending hours on end in the gym.

Stick with me, and I’ll teach you just how easy (and fun!) it can be to lose weight and get healthy. That’s the beauty of the New Hamptons Health Miracle.
