You might have been a little surprised to hear me say above that even thin people need a reality check when it comes to nutrition.
The problem is, far too many thin people are living an illusion. They think that since they’re not overweight, they must be healthy. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case.
Even people who are seemingly well, don’t have any major health concerns, or who are naturally thin may still be unhealthy on the inside. Everyone needs to eat well. And everyone needs nutritional supplements.
There is simply no way in this day and age that you can get all the nutrition you need from the food you eat. Not only would you need to consume tens of thousands of calories, but our food supply is so nutrient poor it wouldn’t be possible anyway (don’t even get me started on that topic).
Ever feel hungry when you just ate an hour ago? That’s your body’s way of trying to tell you that it’s craving nutrients that it’s not getting from the food you’re eating.
Balance your body with the core supplements it needs, and those frequent hunger pangs will disappear (given that you’re also feeding it with healthy, satisfying foods, of course).
It’s that simple.
