Custard Pie

3 eggs or 6 egg yolks
1/2 cup lo-han or Stevia
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
1 Macadamia Nut Crumb Crust

Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a medium-size mixing bowl, beat the eggs slightly, then add the remaining ingredients and stir well. When the custard is mixed and the pie shell is ready, pour the custard into the hot pie shell and bake for about 30 minutes or until custard is firm.
