Q. I have type 2 diabetes…needless to say, I am trying to lose weight. I would like to replace a meal each day with the whey protein shakes you recommended, but need to know if being sensitive to lactose would make this a bad choice. Many thanks, MF

Good news! My WheyLogic (and other whey protein shakes) are safe for people who are lactose intolerant. When you make whey into a protein isolate, you remove the sugar (the lactose). Which means you’re getting a superior source of protein without added sugars. It’s a great way to help you lose weight.
