If age is just a number… is 65 the sweet spot?

Guess what?

Yet another 90+-year-old patient recently came to see me at my clinic…

A man who also takes care of himself completely, lives independently, and yes, takes hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

(As you may recall from Tuesday’s discussion, HRT may be a key to longevity.)

Of course, folks just don’t stumble into healthy aging…

To achieve optimal health and well-being well into your golden years—you have to take things seriously way before your 70s, 80s, 90s, and beyond.

Keeping this in mind… could 65 be the sweet spot for redefining your future?

Redefining age

Did you know that it’s estimated about 12,000 people each day will turn 65?

That’s not unexpected—after all, the baby boomer generation was enormous. Plus, many of them built the trends and the health market on wanting to live longer and be in the best shape possible.

There’s no doubt that generation is currently redefining what it means to be 65.

Of course, when I was growing up, 65 was OLD. People retired and then soon passed away. But, fortunately, that’s no longer the case.

Many boomers continue to work well into what we consider retirement age. Many still run companies. Some still even run marathons.

It’s a vibrant and healthy group of people.

Are you one of them? If so, I want to hear from you!

Do me a favor and shoot me an email to [email protected]

And answer me this: Why do you think you ended up being so healthy at “retirement” age? Have you retired? Are you thinking about doing so? If so, what are your motivations? If not, the same question.

I would love to share this information with my readers. But I also want to know for myself.

After all, it may be hard to realize this, but I, too, am approaching that age. Yep, I’m finally becoming my target audience.

We’re in this together

Now, before we wrap up today’s discussion, let me end with this plug—which has helped me tremendously as the years continue flying by.

Have you or a loved one ever tried ProLogic? Because I must say, it’s amazing!

In fact, I no longer have to rely on patients telling me their success stories—now I can tell you firsthand…

I started taking ProLogic myself because I was urinating more than I wanted to. But I didn’t want to drink less water—that’s just not an acceptable solution for me. (I’m sure that’s what many people end up doing.)

Personally, I felt it made a huge difference for me after only one day. And I can tell when I have forgotten to take it! It’s that good.

So if that happens to be something you’re struggling with as you age, I encourage you to give it a go. You can learn more about ProLogic by clicking here.

At the end of the day, I really just want to thank YOU for the ongoing opportunity to do this.

I have benefitted myself from writing this e-letter, as well as my fabulous monthly newsletter, Logical Health Alternatives. (Subscribers can log in by clicking here. Otherwise, scroll down to lean about becoming a monthly newsletter member.)

Not to mention, top-of-the-line nutritional supplements (like ProLogic).

Helping you digest the latest, greatest, and most egregious health information keeps me on my toes… keeps me current… and keeps me one step ahead of everyone else.

I would never disappoint you, as I know you come here first for information. And I thank you for that, from the bottom of my heart.
